The Structure Session
A one-day working session with you and your team. We find where the work jams, fix how it moves, and you leave with a plan that starts Monday. Owners, dates, and a team that knows what comes first without asking you.

You know the math.
The requests keep coming. The team stays the same size. You've got a capable person on marketing who still needs you to tell them what to do this week, an agency on retainer, and a Tuesday that disappears into questions only you can answer.
The default answer is headcount, or a better agency. But the owners I work with usually have enough people. What they're missing is structure. Work enters from every direction, nothing filters it, nobody but you knows what comes first, and your best people spend the week reacting.
That's a fixable problem. It takes a day.
Every direction, no filter

How it works
The shape of the day
"Justin ran a growth/strategy session for me and two others on my team, and it was the rare workshop that was genuinely fun and left us with a very tactile plan that we could begin to work on the next day. Justin doesn't just hand you ideas; he gets your whole team aligned on the message and the delivery, so you leave with a roadmap instead of a notebook full of theory. My team and I have done plenty of these sessions with different coaches and consultants, and we always left wanting more. Justin's was the exception. Hands down the best we've done."

Written in the room
You walk out with this, filled in. Not a deck two weeks later.
Who this is for
Owners and leaders with a real team and more demand than capacity.
A remodeler twenty-five years in, with a crew of ten and one person "doing marketing" who needs direction every Monday. A brand manager holding a national brand with a crew of four. A practice owner whose business grew past its systems. A department that became the bottleneck by being good.
The trade doesn't matter. Remodelers, agencies, clinics, brand teams. If your first instinct is "we need another hire" or "we need a better agency," run this experiment first. It's cheaper than a salary and faster than a search.
Who this is not for
If you're still building your first offer or your first team, this is the wrong room. Same if you plan to keep doing all the work yourself, or if the answer you're hoping for is a person to blame. This session makes the process the villain. If that sounds like a relief, keep reading.
Investment
Both include the pre-session assessment, the action plan built live, and thirty days of follow-up advising.
The session is guaranteed. If you don't leave with a plan you believe in, I'll make it right until you do.
Where the week goes
Same team. Different week.
"Justin took the time to talk through our processes and help us identify our strengths and blind spots, rather than come in and force a pre-determined answer to a problem."
BETH SHELTON, GIRL SCOUTS OF IOWA
"Working with Justin was a great way to bring thoughts and ideas into focus with a distinct action plan to move forward. He brought high-level members from my business together to brainstorm ideas."
Dr. John Townsend, New York Times best-selling author
"With a small staff and big dreams, we needed a strategy that would maximize our efficiency and impact. Justin crafted a tailored plan that aligned perfectly with our goals and resources, and empowered our team with the tools to run it."

Questions
Where does the session happen?
In person in the Des Moines metro or at your office. Zoom works when it has to, but the whiteboard is better in the room.
Half day or full day?
Half day for one team and one core problem. Full day when more than one function needs to be in the room, or when the long-range picture is on the table alongside today's workflow. If you're unsure, start with the half day and tell me if the list grows.
Who should be in the room?
The people who own the work and the people who can commit to changing it. Past five or six, a workshop turns into a meeting. The assessment can go wider than the room, and usually should.
What's included?
The pre-session assessment, the day itself, the written plan with owners and dates, and thirty days of follow-up afterward. Nothing sold separately.
How do we pay?
Card through Stripe, or an invoice against a PO. If your company needs vendor setup first, I'll turn the paperwork around the same day you send it.
What happens after I email?
We agree on a date. Payment or a PO locks it in. The assessment goes out to everyone in the room, the answers come to me, and then we meet.
Email hello@structuregroup.co, or reply to the note that sent you here. If you're not sure the session fits your problem, ask that too. You'll hear back from me within one business day.
hello@structuregroup.co"This netted me a 4x return on my investment with Justin immediately, and that was just the first opportunity."
